The solder which remained after reworking is taken easily.

The solder is simply vacuumed by a vacuum probe with a heating probe.

The nozzle of the probe is exchangeable, it can be cleaning also in a narrow place.

Outline of Operation

NV2200 solder cleaner is operated with two probes, it is for heating, and for vacuum with squeegee. And there is the nozzle at the tip on each probe, they are exchangeable. The size of the nozzle can be chosen according to the size of the area to clean. Therefore, please make nozzle size small in a narrow place. There is a function of temperature control and air flow control in NV2200. If they are adjusted, the optimal heating condition can be made. and solder cleaning could be done certainly and safety. The nozzle of S and L size, squeegee, the filter, and the cleaning pin are contained in the probe accessory.

NV2200 Solder Cleaner Cleaning NV2200 set NV2200 consists of a controller, a hearting probe and a vacuum probe, and replacement parts for probes. and also probe accessorys. The holder for the probe for heating and vacuum also contained. Air supply is by 6.0mm diameters tube.
