Operation
MS8000N BGA Rework System is an ideal repairing station for the BGA on the board. The system has the temperature profile creation of 5+1 zones in which a lead free is also possible. Top heater is by hot air system and the bottom heater is by IR wide. They are our original high efficiency heater system, and the controller is by PID high response system .Therefore, optimal lead free temperature profile is also can create easily, correctly.
Operation is friendly and all of it can be control on the screen. Furthermore, the controller has the function of interlock for safety operation. The message screen will be bringing up,If there is a important trouble, and the screen will tell the message of the failure.
